Full-Service Interior Design for Residential and Retail Furnishings

From initial concept development and curated sourcing to installation and styling, we manage every detail of your design. This ensures a cohesive, artfully layered space that reflects your personal taste, lifestyle, and the highest level of craftsmanship.

We begin with a complimentary on-site introductory meeting to understand your goals and determine the scope of your furnishings project. We charge a flat design fee per room. Rates depend on room type, size, function, and if we’re assisting with any detailed cosmetic changes, such as adding wallpaper, designing custom millwork, etc.

Furnishing services include:

  • Floor plans for furniture space planning

  • Concept boards for a visual representation of the design plan (photo quality, full-color renderings are available as needed)

  • Sourcing, purchasing, receiving, and storing selected furnishings

  • Coordination with millworkers, painters, and other trades to ensure seamless execution that meets our design goals

  • A final installation and placement of home furnishings including waste removal

Design + Build: Remodels & New Construction

Full-Service Interior Design and Construction for Remodels and New Construction

We offer full‑service interior design and build services for homes and retail spaces. Whether you're refreshing a single room or constructing from the ground up, our integrated design-build process ensures your project stays focused, prioritized, and beautifully executed.

We begin with a complimentary on-site introductory meeting to understand your goals, style, and functional needs.

Our Design + Build Approach:

  • Design fees are structured as a flat rate per room, tailored to the unique scope and complexity of your project

  • For select projects, our in-house General Contractor leads the construction process, working in close coordination with our design team for a unified, detail-driven experience

  • Our construction estimates and bids are thoughtfully developed following design concept approval; we leverage detailed scope breakdowns, real-time material pricing, and site-specific assessments to provide transparent, line-item proposals; if value engineering is needed, we walk you through options that maintain design integrity without compromising quality

  • Already working with a builder? We’re happy to collaborate with your GC as the design arm of your construction project
