Furnishings
Full-Service Interior Design for Home, Office, and Retail Furnishings
For furnishing design fees, we charge a flat rate per room. Rates depend on how many items we are sourcing for you and if we’re assisting with any cosmetic changes, such as adding wallpaper, replacing a chandelier, designing built-ins, etc. We schedule a complimentary on-site consultation to determine the design fee for your furnishings project. We are happy to blend your existing pieces with new pieces needed to complete each space.
Furnishing services include:
Floor plans for furniture space planning
Concept boards for a visual representation of the design plan (photo quality, full-color renderings are available as needed)
Sourcing, purchasing, receiving, and storing selected furnishings
A final installation and placement of home furnishings including waste removal
Remodels & New Construction
Full-Service Interior Design for Home, Office, and Retail Remodels and New Construction
For remodel and new contruction design fees, we charge a flat rate for the scope of your project. To determine the design fee for your particular project, we schedule a complimentary on-site consultation. We have an in-house General Contractor (fully licensed and insured) for select projects. We also work with a trusted referral network of contractors or will happily work with your GC/builder of choice.
Our projects include design for any/all spaces including:
Kitchen
Primary suite and bathroom
Mud room and laundry room
Powder bath and full bath
Living room and great room
Outdoor living area
New construction (entire home/commercial space); this service includes all surfaces, cabinetry/built-ins, windows/doors, trim work, plumbing, lighting/electrical, and complete kitchen and bathroom design planning.
Furnishings available as a separate contract.
